ASSOCIATION OF DESK AND DERRICK CLUBS (ADDC)

The Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs (ADDC) is a non-profit international organization that is comprised of 48 clubs within 4 regions throughout the United States and Canada for those individuals employed in, retired from, or affiliated with the petroleum, energy and allied industries. The regions each hold an annual meeting in the Spring, and the Association holds its annual convention in the Fall.

CLUB HISTORY

The Desk and Derrick Club of Oklahoma City was chartered in 1952 and is within the Association's Central Region. The Club is comprised of: a Board of Directors, which includes President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Immediate Past President, three Directors, a Parliamentarian, and eight Committee Chairmen that conduct the work of the Club.

CLUB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Club shall be to promote the education and professional development of individuals employed in or affiliated with the petroleum, energy, and allied industries and to educate the general public about these industries.
